Woodlands Festival is an intimate, independent family friendly festival, raising money & awareness for Alzheimer's Society & Macmillan Cancer Support.

Set in secluded fields surrounded by woodland; somewhere you feel you can truly relax & unwind, meet new people or reconnect with old friends... & where kids can be kids again!

Woodlands Festival has something for all ages & we look
forward to sharing it with you...

“A huge thank you for a fantastic weekend. We have just got back after our first festival experience as a family & just wanted to let you know that we loved every single minute of it!

The site was beautiful & peaceful, everyone was so friendly & it was all so well organised. The kids loved the space to run, all the brilliant woodland activities, face painting & the silent disco.  We loved the live music, the cinema & the happy,    relaxed vibe.

Please do it again, we'll be there for sure!"

We’ve listened to your feedback & have been building on all that was loved at Woodlands Festival 2017 & 2018 to make 2019 even better!  We're continually searching for & signing up new activities & entertainment to fill your festival weekend full of fun!

For the kids there will once again be a range of arts & craft, along with woodland activities including treasure hunts, storytelling & bush craft adventures, as well as the Fabularium Forest Disco.

Face painting & fancy dress always play a big part in the festival experience for the little ones & grown-ups alike!  So you're encouraged to bring your own; we want everyone to get into the Woodland’s spirit!

We’re shaking things up a little in 2019 regarding the line up by adding more variety. Of course there will still be the independent, talented artists, some who are firm favourites from previous years, some playing their first Woodlands. And to this we’ll be adding a whole range of entertainment! So stay tuned for more information…

And once again Woodlands Festival is supporting both the Alzheimer's Society & Macmillan Cancer Support by raising awareness & much needed funds.

So come, enjoy & help us to help them.

And when the kids’ entertainment wraps up & they’re all tucked away in their sleeping bags, the Woodlands Silent Disco takes over, so the grown-ups can dance the night away under the stars...

Or if you prefer, you can rug up in front of the giant screen at the Big Outdoor Cinema, with toasted marshmallows, hot chocolate or a Woodland cocktail...

For those staying the weekend at Woodlands Festival, when you’re ready to call it a night it will only be a short walk back to your cosy camping or glamping festival home.

And when you wake up, there will be Yoga in the morning sunshine to start your day (as well as coffee!)... what could be a better way to ease yourself back into another festival day!

As always we want the food on offer to be something special; a showcase of the best of the best from around Kent & the South East… so we’ll be hand-picking a diverse selection of traders; serving up delicious, locally sourced & free range ingredients where possible.  From savoury to sweet, meat treats to vegetarian options, ensuring there will be something to please even the fussiest of eaters!

And to accompany this will be an impressive selection of locally grown & bottled ciders, along with woodland inspired cocktails, beer, wines & juices

The beautiful camping field at Woodlands Festival will delight even the toughest camping critic!

With no pre-allocated pitches, campers are free to choose their preferred location, be it in a quiet corner backing onto the ancient woodland or closer to the action.

It is only a short walk from the car park but please come prepared with a trolley or helpers or both if you have a lot of gear!     For more information, please see the INFO section.

And if you wanted to bring your camper van, motorhome or caravan, that’s no problem either!  You will just need to purchase a Live-In Vehicle Pass in addition to your Weekend ticket.

If you’re more of a glamper than a camper & love the idea of arriving to your very own beautifully kitted out tent, we have some luxurious Bell Tent options for you, your family & friends to enjoy.

The boutique camping village will be set apart from the general campsite, in a lovely spot overlooking the festival site.

And to make your glamping experience that little bit more comfortable, you will have your own posh toilet & shower facilities… So after a great nights sleep & a lovely hot shower, you just need to find someone to do the coffee run!

See the INFO page for more details & to book, go to TICKETS page. But be warned... there are a limited number available, so book quickly to avoid disappointment!
